What does "added note" mean? I see it in the public mod log from time to time. I could not find any posts asking about it so now I am curious. (media.scored.co)

Exactly, it would be interesting to read some of those notes but alas only jannies can see them.

I would imagine that there are some "mixed" and "fascinating" notes about some of the longtime users here.
