The russian media doesn't talk about America much at all, actually. They did during the cold war, but under putin its a bit different. If you read a portal for RT or Sputnik (since neither are available anymore), it definitely has bias slanted against America, but is not full of bombastic and insane claims about what America is doing. If america is implicated directly in these media websites, it's something that America is absolutely doing without a doubt. I used to browse RT and Sputnik semi-regularly before they got shoah'd from the collective western internet.

The russian media doesn't even talk that much about the Ukraine, either. They don't really talk about much of anything. They usually just report the news. Russian propaganda is actually very weak these days. American and ukrainian propaganda is extremely strong.

Edit: when I say "talk about" I really mean "make allegations against" or "propagandize against". Of course, they talk about these things all the time because every media on earth does. But rarely will they typically use inflammatory headliners and make baseless accusations from nowhere.
