Being called a caveman isn't an insult, we literally did live in caves a couple millenniums ago

Civilization only started like 6000? 5000? Years ago

And mostly in fertile warm regions, since Europe was pretty much living in a hunter gatherer cycle for MUCH longer than their mid-east and asia counterparts who largely relied on agriculture

Agriculture is the sign of civilization but also the sign of domestication, we used to be superhuman before we eat grains

The earth isn't even older than 6000 years. The oldest tree in the world isn't even 5000 years old.

That's about when the world was created by God, actually.
>And mostly in fertile warm regions, since Europe was pretty much living in a hunter gatherer cycle for MUCH longer than their mid-east and asia counterparts who largely relied on agriculture

Europe and America had no one living in it for thousands of years before us. Imagine thinking niggers had blue eyes blonde hair and green eyes red hair and somehow built the pyramids yet they still drink poop water and live in mud huts today. Fucking retard.

This is modern jewish nonsense too. Ancient stone milled grains makes us "super human" in addition to red meat and raw dairy. The cyclical keto/carnivore/paleo fad is all jewish and not healthy long term. I did it longer than you.

GIS did post about how medieval bread was entirely different from the modern jewbread we eat today

But the contents of bread, eve stoneground is still mostly carbs

Similarly to eating boiled Italian grains, you still needed protein

The Romans did mix legumes with their boiled grains, its literally what they fed their gladiators (which mostly fed on a vegetarian diet because costs)

I do absolutely believe that eating red meat and dairy makes you more powerful, eating carbs is poor nutrition which only is the norm because there isn't enough meat for everyone

So they gotta "balance" their diet with grains and Vegetables (granted some veggies are good for you like cabbages, Broccoli and onions) in fact in Assyria at some point of time they paid soldiers in onions when they ran out of salt

Simply due to how nutritional they were (its one of the highest T boosting vegetables out there)

I didn't see it and I don't care because I already know. Ancient grains and stone milled are actually very healthy and we ate 60%+ of our calories with it working all day with physical labor intensive jobs and fighting wars with no health issues. In fact our natural life spans were longer and our bodies were healthier and stronger back then than today, it was only because of war that we had shorter average life expediencies. So without war, people lived past 90 and 100 much more often.

While not as good as red meat or raw dairy, proper bread protein is still very good and can easily make up the majority of your food. They also used a lot of beans and legumes in their bread, calling it "horse bread."\
You really need to actually study these things instead of listening to random online influencers telling you what to think instead of actually reading sources and understanding the material your self.

Carbon dating has been thoroughly disproven lmao. It's not a thing. Just jewish propaganda that people who don't understand science eat up. Again, why is the oldest tree not even 5000 years old?
