It's just as likely hetero niggers have no standards and are rapey and and aren't responsible enough to use condoms, so the AIDS virus spreads like wildfire throughout their straight culture.
Btw, what I heard not long ago is that per intercourse the chance to transmit AIDS is actually not certain, but ~4%. Meaning faggots spread it because they are hyper-sexual, hedonistic and careless. They fuck each other randomly, they have piss orgies, and through that process being repeated so extremely much more often than for normal people, AIDS spreads like a wildfire among them.
I'm "not even gonna look it up" sure that the general STI/STD rate in niggers is several multiples that of human populations. Something like 50% of niggresses have HSV or HPV or something. So it would make sense that the rate of another STD like AIDS (HIV for the pedants) is also several multiples that of human populations.
