It's been said by numerous retards. While technically correct, giving the plant/livestock what it needs to reach it's true potential is the challenge. A lot of knowledge and understanding of what is available and how to make it work (as well as the hard work) is what it takes to feed more than just your family. Just hunting and gathering doesn't support a large population.
