It's been said by numerous retards. While technically correct, giving the plant/livestock what it needs to reach it's true potential is the challenge. A lot of knowledge and understanding of what is available and how to make it work (as well as the hard work) is what it takes to feed more than just your family. Just hunting and gathering doesn't support a large population.

My favorite example of this is turbo-jew Michael Bloomberg calling farmers "low skilled" because "you put the seed in the soil, you cover it up, food grows"...these people have no idea what makes their world run.
