One thing about brownskin neighborhoods is that they are dominated by mom and pop shops. They don't give their money to the big jewish corporations.
It occurred to me that white people don't support other white businesses. Once the white owned small businesses are gone, the town has been taken over for good. White kids won't be able to get jobs there. They will eventually leave.
