I think that, similar to the Iran leader, Maduro has labeled Amerimuttica a White nationalist country, which would imply he does not view himself as White and hates Whites, but White leftists call amerimuttica the same thing so....
Yeah I dunno. I guess the abominations that the Spaniards created and left in South America are like HP Lovecraft monsters: They defy description. They are... Something else.
