You're close. It's a distraction from the Somali fraud running rampant in Minnesota. The same fraud that most of the state leadership is also implicated to be part of.
The Somali fraud is a Mossad false flag to manufacture range for Somalis and our consent to allow lsraeI to relocate Palestinians to Somalia so jews can steal and loot all of Palestine.
This is why lsraeI officially recognized Somaliland as a nation last week.
