For sure it's fake. People really want me to believe the richest man in the world is telling Epstein about his STI problem from banging Russian escorts and worrying about how to get his wife to take the same antibiotics, really? That's as fake as it comes.

Just like Musk writing to ask how to get to the party, with Girls FTW, plz??? It's entertaining but it's written like someone trying to make entertainment not the actual truth.
