From what I understand, "Pakistani" and "Iranian" are not really ethnicites. Their majority ethnic groups are Punjabi and Persian. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think if this app can't even name ethnicities correctly, how good is it really?

Is Anglo-Saxon an ethnicity? How about Irish? Or, are they all German? Is German the ethnicity? What makes something an ethnicity and not something else?
