I suppose he in particular has to bitch about it, so they can keep steering the narrative into it being something the Russians did, not his Bolshevik tribesmen who had subverted Russia and also massacred millions of Russians.

The issue is that everyone in the Ukraine pretty much agrees, and it's been that way since maidan or even before. They only care about othering Russia, not much else. This is the biggest problem that the Ukraine has with its entire mentality. It's not even zelenskys fault that the Ukraine is like this to begin with, though he has made it much, much worse.

They were unable to recuperate after the fall of the ussr (despite being probably the nicest state within the ussr, at least after ww2). They have spent their entire existence as an independent country coping with this fact. The last time the Ukraine produced anything of merit or note was when it was still an SSR. Every other part of the USSR was able to move on and be successful with the exception of the Ukraine, which has not. Poverty rate in Russia before the war was about 8%, in Belarus it was a shockingly low 4%, and in the Ukraine? The poverty rate was at over 50%. It is a failed state that still has not left the early 90s.

Furthermore, I consider that Israel must be destroyed
