That's over double the entire lifetime of the US...
We're figuring out what sort of teenaged civilization we want to be. So far, we pretty much beat the world already, so we have to determine whether or not we want to include the rest of the world in our future.
I vote "NO".
We should stop sharing our technologies with foreign countries and especially distantly foreign cultures. MAYBE we share some tech with Russians, French, and Germans, but definitely NOT the Indians or Chinese. We might show them how to extract resources for us, but that's about it.
