That is a distinctively german uniform. The red army didn't have blouses with that style of collar. Also, from the shading it is evident that the belt the man is wearing is black, whereas the soviets almost always used light brown colored belts. The epaulets are in the fashion normal of the germans. The people to the far left are wearing german garrison caps, the man in the middle is wearing a typical panzer crew getup.

Why is he using a tokarev? Probably because that's what's available.

Furthermore, I consider that Israel must be destroyed

i wouldn't be so sure, the jewviet union did use [psy-op warfare](https://pomf2.lain.la/f/23xyu39f.jpg) (i.e dress up as germans and commit atrocities to rile up the population against the german invaders)

fun fact: this tactic was used by the jewish paramilitary groups to divide and conquer arabs, i.e dress up as arabs from a Christian village, and attack arabs from a Muslim village (or vise versa)

this in turn made them fight each other and then the jews easily bulldozed both sides once they were weak enough
