I remember this story. Nobody knows what fuckery those in uniform get up to. Though this is absolutely nothing compared to what women in the military get up to, and at least the police department fined her, the military doesn't give a fuck.

Source: I am a shipyard worker. I've been in and around both US and European military bases. The debauchery is utterly insane, especially Americans. Norwegians were probably the most "chaste", out of everyone I've met, sex between members is frowned upon heavily by the Norwegian military, though Scandinavia in general can be very puritan and reserved in their attitudes (will admit, not helping the birth rate much). Despite the popular image of fag-flag waving scandinavians, the actual personal attitude of the nords is very sexually conservative in comparison to almost everyone else these days.
