Watching this it really makes you appreciate the form that professional boxers must have. The fight itself was ok but they were both pretty tired after like 40 seconds.

Oh for sure, but at the same time I don’t think the average person understands how good the cardio shown in the video is for someone so big and old throwing bombs. The average person would gas before hands were even thrown due to adrenaline dumping. That older gentleman would absolutely destroy 80% of males of any age one on one standing, and banging. My estimate may actually be low.
