This nonsense happens so often with hairstylists/ nail "technicians" that I'm surprised they don't ask for the money up-front.
I know the owner of a local restaurant that changed to a "counter service" model because of this. They still have their regular dining room and waitresses that will bring your food and refills to your table, but you now order and pay at the front first.
No more dine/ ditch problems and, guess what, much less niggers!
