before the civil rights act we have the right of free-association. as in, we didnt have to associate with niggers if we didn't want to. "no niggers allowed" was legal to post outside your business. not renting or selling to niggers was legal.

Now we use credit scores, fees, deposits and other criteria to exclude niggers and other undesirables. I have a few investment properties and this is how I would weed them out before I found a realtor who understands and respects my criteria.

Anyway, who cares, they're niggers.
I know the owner of a local restaurant that changed to a "counter service" model because of this. They still have their regular dining room and waitresses that will bring your food and refills to your table, but you now order and pay at the front first.
No more dine/ ditch problems and, guess what, much less niggers!
