I have an old 1080p LCD flatscreen with SVGA, coaxial, RCA composite, RCA component, and S-video and I only had laptops, game cnsoles, and an OTA arial antenna connected to it. No network connectivity, no camera, no microphone.
This is the way. Never ever EVER buy a "smart" TV; there is absolutely no reason a display device should ever have its own
independent connection to the internet.
Didn't they call us "crazy" for calling their always-on microphones in-home spying devices?
