I remember hearing about the 4 college kids that were "stabbed to death" in the middle of the night in Idaho a few years ago. I just came across the Amazon Docuseries. I dont normally watch these things but I indulged. None of the story makes any fucking sense. Does anyone here have any sense of an idea of what happened?
I remember when this first happened, I immediately suspected Dylan Mortensen (the sole survivor) as the orchestrator of this.
The fact that no additional details came out from the killer for a real motivation makes me suspect he's hiding the real motive to protect Dylan Mortensen. He did wipe his phones of all evidence as if specifically to hide his motivations which makes sense if you're protecting someone/something.
Everything about the situation and Dylan's testimony, doesn't add up to me.
I think the killer was in love with Dylan and Dylan used this to kill her 'friends". The killer is still in love and taking it with him to jail. The killer was near Dylan's house 12 times before the murders. Obviously, people say he was scouting but was he really... Did police bother to check if Dylan had an alibi for where she was the 12 times he was by her place?
I didnt realize he was near Dylans house 12 times.
It seems to random/heinous and too involved for it to be done by one dude that "didnt know anybody there" with the type of violence that was involved. The 8 hour gap between the time of murders and the police call make it seem like a death watch to confirm all the deaths.
Apparently there were two surviving roomates, though - Dylan and Bethany.
I have seen some people speculate that multiple people were involved, that some of the victims were confidential informants (for what?)?
Im not satisfied with the explanation of the crimes and for four good looking otherwise very healthy young adults to get murdered like they were is just insane.
Media blames an incel. But if the guy was in love with Dylan I guess that could make sense...I wonder why Dylan would want her friends dead. Crazy shit,
