That's something I've thought a bit on.
The Day of the Rope scenario is probably Plan D: if all things fail or something that has to be worked towards (a long-time building) so it does not just fail and you get the rope.
I have noticed a gradual deradicalization of the RW of National Socialism and the Siege aesthetic. I'd call this the Nick Fuentes effect. Since his relative success many having started to see an offramp of radical rhetoric to populism.
Patriot Front, active clubs, Parallel Communities have become something solid to work on instead of waiting for the collapse.
