Likely played some role, though it's worth pointing out the RAF's Spitfire was a solid dogfighter as well. Each aircraft had strengths and weaknesses compared to each other, for example the Bf 109 was faster but the Spitfire was more maneuverable. The soviet Yak 9 was inferior to both but as was typical of their (((methodology))) the commies would just zerg rush without really caring how many of their own got splashed. Though that was fundamentally true for all of the all-lies.... that drunk nigger Churchill certainly didn't care about sending millions of Brits to their deaths so long as kikes kept paying off his debts.
When the hardware is basically a wash it always comes down to who is the better pilot, and there were none better than the steely eyed Aryans of the Luftwaffe.
I wonder how much of it was due to superior engineering of their planes compared to the retarded allies and their shitty hardware.
