He has very expensive signal jamming equipment. Invaders use it so farmers cannot call for help. It’s Government or NGO provided most likely.

Figure out how he received the equipment and go after them as well. Racketeering will not end until you go after those who finance this activity. Meanwhile, a message to his masters, vid of a sign on the kid that reads "This is what happens to those who support these murderers" with headshot of his brains all over the equipment. FAFO
