We deal with them regularly, and also know how to deal with them, and *because* of that, you dont see a bunch of looting and mouthing off down here because our niggers know better and are also smarter and more in tune with their communities and the local population than with some arbitrary urban "blackness". In the west its a bit odd because you only really have the two kinds either fully incorporated uncle toms or the street rat hood niggers.
