Species wise sure and i agree, but subspecies vary wildly, just like they do for whites.

An Irishman is not a Frenchman is not a german. Subsaharans are all subsaharans but a lot can effect that on an individual or community and cultural basis. Most Caribbean niggers hate blacks from America because of their shitty attitude.
