Jim from Huck Finn is a "negro". There's a organization called "The United Negro College Fund". I doubt if it had the connotation of nigger that they would have used the term. But depending on who you ask, Jim is also a nigger.
Despite all of these names the truth is that they are all "Negros" in the end, and "niggers" is what they are when we're sick of their shit. Neil Degrasse Tyson, Chris Rock, Justice Clarence Thomas, etc., These are the blacks that the KKK would call "one of the good ones", but if they did something fucked up, believe me we'd all being calling them niggers.
Creating some taxonomy like they aren't all Negros in the end seems like jewish mind twisting.
There are "good niggers" who just snap and go feral and should be publicly hung. Neil Degrasse Tyson? If you figure out how to make him snap, he will go feral nigger mode on you. And it's not difficult, just mere insults are enough.
Then there is the large pool of genuine niggers who are bad as they are, and can become terrible. They snap more easily.
