They aren't dumb in the technical sense. We have all seen the IQ bell curve split by gender. There are more intelligent woman on a erage compared to men, but there are virtually no female geniuses and there are a lot of retard men. But that's not the point. Women are vulnerable to their nurture side and it's up to men to defend them from exerting their feelings onto national state policy.
