My theory is that since indians are completely unhygenic, most of them live with perpetual diarrhea and GI/bowel issues when they have to poo, they cant hold it at all and have to go immediately, which is wherever they are, they just drop trou.
If you ever had food poisoning or something, you know the exact feeling, you stay home and near the toilet at all times. Indians ignore that feeling and go about their day, shitting wherever as the need comes.
