Hey guys,

I'm in very good shape physically but my mental health isn't as great as I'd like.

I'm thinking a missing component is needing to cut out caffeine.

I exercise regularly, eat very well, don't smoke, rarely drink, etc.

My DHEA levels are low, but aside from that, nothing hormonal is off. I'd rather fix this issue naturally than supplement, if possible, as I've heard low DHEA is correlated with fatigue.

My question: have any of you here cut out caffeine and what affects did this have on your life?

I haven't had bloodwork done, but I've started and stopped caffine a few times. I haven't noticed a positive effect of going off it. My take is they it gives you a small boost in alertness, but has the downside that its harder to "rest". Not too big a deal either way unless you drink it in the evening, which I never do.
