Hey guys,

I'm in very good shape physically but my mental health isn't as great as I'd like.

I'm thinking a missing component is needing to cut out caffeine.

I exercise regularly, eat very well, don't smoke, rarely drink, etc.

My DHEA levels are low, but aside from that, nothing hormonal is off. I'd rather fix this issue naturally than supplement, if possible, as I've heard low DHEA is correlated with fatigue.

My question: have any of you here cut out caffeine and what affects did this have on your life?

Cutting it out? Brain fog completely disappeared.

I flip-flop between on and off as sometimes you simply can't beat the quicker pace you move at with caffeine. When I noticed that I even walk and talk faster, it felt like a cheat code aimed at high performance individuals. The brain fog is a huge deal-breaker when you have mentally-strenuous work to get done though.

If you have a STEM career, you don't really have a choice. Use it when you need to sprint, cut it out a day or two in advance of making big decisions.

That's great; brain fog is mainly what I'm wanting to combat.
