Some years ago when the Modi government gave out large numbers of toilets in the hope that Indians would start using them, they instead used them to do things such as store rice, and continued their practice of public defecation.

While it is true that parts of Africa, such as the beaches of Monrovia, are also known for public defecation, I do not find it incredulous to consider that Indians may actually be filthier even than Africans.

Considering also that they are indeed 'looting the road', as bizarre a notion as this is, it may not even be incredulous to consider them just as criminally-inclined.

Nor are they averagely any less rapacious, it seems. Perhaps they are less violent. But if they are comparably criminally-inclined, filthy, and rapacious, these are good grounds for considering them little more than curry coons.
