Arguably, jews getting everything they wanted would lead to their own destruction. The jew has never built anything. The jew just knows how to parasite off others. If the jew no longer had others to parasite off of, and had to survive with their own body and own endeavor, jews would shrivel and die and turn into dust in the sand.
