In a sane country, one where it has been established since the 1860s that the federal government has priority over the states, this would not be tolerated and the insurrection act would be invoked.

However, we have "Zion" Donny Trumpovitz as president, and cracking down on shitlibs doesn't benefit Israel, so nothing will happen.
