It’s because they have no options besides “white”, maybe it’s by design. Maybe some jew had something to do with it to fuck the statistics up.

Fair. Their race breakdown is stupid. It should be Germanic Tribe White, Mediterranean White, Alpine White, Jew, Black, Indian (all people who don't belong anywhere else), Asian or Mixed.
