That's because the site is poorly coded, the other two endings were found when digging through files. For the 'neutral' ending where you stay out of it and do your own research, you become a depressed loner. For the 'bad' ending where you engage with online discourse and attend protests, you and the purple hair girl are arrested while distributing anti-immigration leaflets.
