They do kinda look like them. In most cases you can immediately see who it is. I actually did buy a few funko pops just as desk decorations a few years back - I bought the whole A-Team. You can definately tell who they are and which is who.

WIth that said, when we are talking about funko pops of footballers or f1 drivers or something then I would imagine it starts getting really hard to tell who is who.
