Gym culture is rooted in self care and concern for the future, a small inconvenience today for a strong body when you are old. That is not fascist, that is self awareness.

The other side is the instant gratification crowd, who does not want to put in work that may be uncomfortable in the short term. to reap the fortunes later, we need it now , dammit, now, DOPAMINE HITS, REDDIT GOLD///. NOOOOOOOW!

NOW NOW NOW!

I got my dopamine hit breaking a personal record on my 2 mile run, I did have a 25 mph wind at my back, but I still got it dammit! One day you will get old too, and wish you did a few pushups once a day every day.

>"It also fosters one of the most crucial fascist tenets: hierarchy, which is often overlooked. In today’s world, where anyone can turn on a microphone and camera to broadcast their views, everyone fancies themselves a chief. The nationalist scene is overrun with self-proclaimed leaders, each convinced their way is superior. But in the gym or at practice, hierarchy emerges in a far more realistic way. You can’t fake it. You either show up or you don’t. You’re either the strongest or you’re not. You’re either the most disciplined and coordinated or you’re not. This gives rise to genuine leadership. I’m not saying that benching more than the next guy automatically makes you a leader but in the dynamics of a gym, boxing club, or club, leaders naturally emerge: the ones who put in the most effort to coordinate practices, ensure everyone arrives on time, offer rides, or create media from the sessions, shows he has the most agency to keep things running will move up."

The big guys in the gym, outside of a few are also willing to offer up tips on form, or something you can add you your routine that could replace other exercises., they like to pass it on, then cheer your gains on, and they see it as your gains, even though they told you how to do it.

Knowledge transfer happens in these places as well as a common culture.

In liberal gyms with lunk alarms some flabby soy boy takes credit for Eddie Hall, because he told him to add a few plates,

These bodybuilders are on all sorts of drugs. I don't understand why anyone looks up to them.

Bodybuilders back in the day ate a lot of meat. Nowadays they eat all sorts of garbage and take drugs in order to get muscle.

Anyone who doesn't maintain their physical health *actively* has no legitimate ground to stand on when mouthing off about how to keep our folk healthy - whether its defense, national security, dissidence strategies etc.

A good diet of meat, eggs, dairy, and fruit is way more important than gym.

Also worth mentioning that while you should be doing *something,* you don't need the gym specifically to be /fit/.

I literally just do burpees and NAVY seal burpees. AMAP in 20 minutes 2x per week each, balanced out by doing resistance band rows. Some people get ripped doing only that if diet is dialed in.

I like going out in nature and going for a hike. That's the only exercise I enjoy doing.

Walking around in the woods for 20 minutes a week is not exersise. Enjoy being overpowered by your average Joe.
