Stupid design.

1. Install a high-trust system where evasion is easy

2. Use AI monkey recognition software to scan the evaders

3. Install police security with riot gear near the entrances where the monkeys get scanned

4. Bash every thieving monkey until it stop moving and then lock them in cages.

5. Make monkey fear the subway. Make monkey have PTSD nightmares about the subway. Monkey be gone.

6. Save a fortune on cleaning and repair costs.
