Testosterone increases with melanin, which is why black women have the highest T levels of all women. Those higher T levels also lead to more masculine psychical development, which is why so many "colored" women are hairy and have man jaws.
Lack of melanin is partly why White and Asian women are the most meek and feminine. It's all genetics.
