Basically, he sees it sometimes permissible in rare circumstance, but to be socially looked down on, and especially bad if it's African + European as the genetics are so far apart.

Closer to where the overton window of discussion needs to be at least. I appreciate Joel for pushing it in this direction within Baptist circles, helping to flush out the liberalism/dispensationalism where it's most concentrated.
