It’s an entirely unprecedented set of events. But even looking at ones before, you don’t see anything like what you’re claiming.

Where was the revolution in Hungary when hyperinflation destroyed its economy? Where was the revolution in Rhodesia when the niggers took over? The Dust Bowl in the US. The summer freezes during the Maunder Minimum. Hell, even when China had a famine during WWII, they just ate each other rather than overthrow their government.
