Use this anywhere you encounter that brood of vipers poisoning the well of your neighbor's mind. It drives them crazy, because you're at once iterating that you see them behind their mask and that you, as a "goy", are not a godless, degenerate heathen. That you DO have moral standards, and that you recognize your enemy when you see them. They may even try to "one up" you and say a quite part out loud.

I'm telling you, it'll make them rage quit! 😎

I'm a little behind on my satan speak. Can you explain what hashem and jeshiva are? Why does this make them angry exactly?

I went and searched it for you, only because I was also curious. Take what I say here with a grain of salt since this is only the result of a cursory online search.

Hashem literally translates to 'the name' and is one of their ways of referring to God without directly saying His name. (They have a few ways to do this, somewhat dependent on circumstance, but since they're also fine just saying 'God' it all seems rather like pretentious/self-important twattery to me.)

Yeshiva is a sort of private Jew school where they apparently study the Torah and Talmud in depth for several hours a day in addition to the 'normal' studies that are needed to succeed in the modern world (like math, science, etc.) It's apparently more an Orthodox thing and anecdotally seems to be where they're taught to rules-lawyer everything and find loopholes in texts, amongst other things.
