Amen. Get high-fat hamburger. Can't go wrong with that stuff.

Add some lard (not from a box) or tallow to your diet. We should be eating way more fats, and those fats should come from animals, not plants.

To get lard or tallow, just walk up to your local friendly butcher (every grocery store that sells meat has them) and ask them for it. If you want to render it, you just put it in a pot, add a little bit of water, and heat it until it turns brown and crispy. Eat the crispy bits, save the fat in a jar. Note that oxygen will destroy its flavor rather rapidly, so keep it air-tight and refrigerated to maximize its life.
