I’ve been gyming for a longtime. My advice whenever I get the opportunity to plant seeds, chew your fucking food. Who doesn’t want to chew on a piece of steak, whole chicken, or pork roast?

My post workout is a toast, it has carbs and proteins from the cheese and ham. Way cheaper than any supplement.
