There seems to be half a trillion worth of fraud being laundered through government grants. Can i use artificial intelligence to gather data on all the grant money that government issues each year and the demographics of the recipients?

Well, you'll have to try it. They are all lobotomized to give "nice" answers, but maybe you can work around it. It's unlikely that it will assist you easily.
