This is what i am concerned about given my own country's recent law changes.
The bad part is that the "public forum" is not defined. Is this a public forum or only social networks are.
Moreso, she didnt even use her real name, yet they still got her. The question is, did she use other real life idenrifiers in her account like phone number or email? Or did they go full retard and caught her through her isp?
Edit: just checked. Gab does not ask for phone number. Only email. Did she use a throw away or her main, that is the question
Also, its scary that gab is a US company and they arrested her for posting outside of her country
