Do bald men have a higher sperm count?

Those experiencing moderate to severe hair loss in the study had a sperm volume count almost 60 percent lower than average. The idea that bald men are more fertile is based on the assumption that the baldness is due to higher levels of testosterone.Sep 25, 2015

I had a friend in high school, who was athletic, had a good masculine build. Well, he became a programmer right out of high school. Didn't seem him for 10 years. By 28, his transformation was unbelievable. He was bald, fat, pear-shaped, and he looked like he was in his early 40s. If I didn't see and spoke with him in person, I would deny that this was the same guy.

Yeah, I’ll never understand this phenomenon. It actually happens to a lot of people who were athletes in high school but never make it to the collegiate or higher levels. I think what happens is they stop with all the physical activity, along with metabolism slowing a bit naturally with age, but they continue to eat the same amount of calories, and trash they always did. I’ve seen it happen to a few old friends. Not making excuses, just an observation. It even happened to me for a short period before I woke up one day and was like WTF am I doing? The real issue is it creeps up on you slowly before you notice it, and unfortunately, and often times, the ones closest to you who should jump your ass about it, won’t. They don’t want to “hurt your feelings”, or come off like an asshole.
