Im a lot better now. Point is, even if you do everything right let's say starting in your 20s, no matter what you do you will fall short of the "you" that would have just naturally existed a few hundred years ago without a codex on hoe to avoid the jew.

It's true, but a few hundred years ago you'd also have a higher chance of dying from something small like a tooth infection.
