Yeah it sucks.
We didn't really have a choice one the vaccine schedule parents injected us with.
Nor the chef boyardee wuality food they shoveled down our throats while we were little. Nor the testosterone reducing porn they subject us to non stop.
I take responsibility for anything past 14 years of age. But the most crucial and formative years I had absolutely no say in the diet and environment I was subjected to.

I think outdoor activity like hunting, fishing, hiking seems to boost testosterone levels.
It's kind of like taking a relatively hairless farm pig and release him into the wild. Two years later, that same pig grows tusks and looks like a boar.

Im a lot better now. Point is, even if you do everything right let's say starting in your 20s, no matter what you do you will fall short of the "you" that would have just naturally existed a few hundred years ago without a codex on hoe to avoid the jew.
