Be active in your HSA. Make sure there are high fines for littering, loud noise, and unmaintained equipment. Niggers will go broke and be forced out.

I don't know how it is everywhere else but in my state your HOA may have a rider on your mortgage document that allows them to levy fines/place liens or even straight up foreclose on people who don't abide by the covenants.

I know a lot of people hate HOAs but I SPECIFICALLY made sure I bought a house in a neighborhood like this and became active on the board and trust me when I tell you we do not exclude niggers when it comes to enforcement.

🤦🏼‍♂️ come on fren, you know better than this. Laws/covenants are rarely, if ever, applied to niggers in general, and they definitely aren’t applied with the same wrath on the rare occasions they are. This is the main issue at hand in regards to everything everywhere we see now. Whites pay the KINT, and are still punished, and told they’re “racist”, and everything is their fault. If zoggers and kike judges actually applied the laws already on the books to niggers the same way they do to everyone else, we wouldn’t need things like HOAs.

Yup. It’s just like everything else, they won’t push back hard enough on the niggers because they’re worried about ending up on the news, or having their shit damaged, and most of the time even the niggers who manage to get into said neighborhoods still have much less to lose than the whites in the same AO. It’s just one more form of the KINT.
